Quality Assurance

Established methods as defined by ISO 9000/TS 16949, such as SPC and zero defect manufacture are used to maintain product quality.

The quality control team, together with technical staff, are responsible for establishing the customer's requirements. This is communicated to the production staff and continuously monitored during manufacture.
